Builders Exchange Benefits, Inc. (BXB) was incorporated on October 1, 2006 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange (PBE).  Our mission is to provide the PBE’s members with access to the finest insurance products available in Western Pennsylvania.

Group Health Insurance
As the broker for the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange we market Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield’s portfolio of endorsed products for small groups. 

We also provide coverage through UPMC, Health America and Aetna USHealthcare.   As the assigned broker for the Harrisburg Builders Exchange (HBX) endorsed health insurance plans we also offer a wide array of options.  The endorsed plans offered through Pennsylvania Blue Shield offer employers the largest network of providers in Central PA.  We can also provide coverage through most of the other commercial carriers in the region.
