  • Groups with 20 or more employees on PAYROLL are legally obligated to offer continuation of coverage for a minimum of 18-months
  • Groups with 2-19 employees on PAYROLL are bound by state continuation regulations

  • Employers with 50 or more employees on PAYROLL must understand the strict guidelines surrounding FMLA (We do not administer FMLA, however, we can help you navigate through the process)

  • Complete and comprehensive package including but not limited the Health & Welfare Plan Document / SPD and all required Notices

  • Complete renewal support including, but not limited to, marketing to competing carriers, as well as, plan and rate dissemination in an easy to read and understand format
